I run Bothas IT, a managed service provider I set up in 2023, focused on high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals as well as small businesses. I look after the technology my clients depend on day to day: Microsoft 365, networks, security, passwords, and door entry and CCTV.
I work both remotely and on site, and I stay on as the person clients call when something needs fixing or changing. I’ve worked in IT since 2008 and have a strong technical and networking background, including 13 years as an engineer at an SMB managed service provider before going freelance in 2022. I hold a full clean UK driving licence.
What I do
Coding
Alongside the hands-on IT work, I write code. I use HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP to build and maintain websites, and Python, Bash and PowerShell for scripting and automating IT tasks. I have a real love for algorithms and AI development. I completed a Diploma in Web Development with Distinction in 2020.
